  If you can’t make the date because something has come up, please send the whole booking fee to hold your booking for a later date. Life happens, I get it!

  In cases like this, organising with me and communicating well is expected.
  
  If you have paid a deposit and then act in a shitty manner in the leadup to our date or during the date itself,
  I keep the deposit you have paid and will ask for a reimbursement of hotel fees that have already been made towards your booking,
  
  If I have to cancel our date, happy to refund your deposit OR credit this to a later date.

  When you make your request, know that your message will be read by me.
  I am protective of my energy and time, so I have high expectations about who I choose to meet.
